2 new security settings can be specified in a new tab sheet ‘Security’ that is located in the Account section.
Password Strength users
You as the supervisor can enforce the password strength that a sub user of your account can set when resetting their (forgotten) password or chaning their personal data. You can set the minimum password length and the minimum number of 4 categories that the password must contain. The 4 categories are:
- Lowercase letters
- Uppercase letters
- Numbers
- Punctuations
Session timeout
You as the supervisor can specify the number of minutes whereafter a session should expire. A session expires when for the specified duration no user action such as switching from tab sheet, clicking an OK button or removing an item has been taken. When the session has expired a new login is required whereafter the last action will be continued and typed text will be saved.
Specify 0 if the session doesn’t need to expire.
The timeout applies to you as a supervisor and all users of the account.
