As from today you, as the supervisor, can specify a form to be used as the global template form. This form will become the basis when a new form is created. You can setup a specific layout for the form, specify default settings and have certain form items be part of the template form such as your company logo.
Additionally, you can specify a template form specifically for each user if you want it to differ from the above mentioned global template form.
