Business subscriptions extra’s:

S.L.A.

A Service Level Agreement applies to all business subscriptions.

Security

The ability to have the form entries sent over a secure line (SSL) is included. Email notifications can be encrypted in a password protected ZIP or PDF file.

Availability

The entire infrastructure has entirely been built up redundant. We therefore guarantee an up-time of at least 99.5% and offer compensation if this percentage would not be reached.

When reaching the maximum number of submissions your forms will stay available and your account manager will contact you and discuss any further actions. Therefore your forms will never just be made unavailable as done for standard subscriptions when a certain quota has been reached.

Back-ups

All your data is backed-up continuously and periodically. For business subscriptions it will be possible to retrieve accidentally deleted data in almost every case against a customized fee.

Pay by invoice

Beside the possibility to pay online, business subscriptions can be invoiced with a 30 days payment period. For both payment methods the subscription will be activated instantly.

Invoice by mail

In addition to the invoice you’ll receive by e-mail, invoices of business subscriptions can also be sent by regular mail.

Support

Questions that are sent from business subscribers will be treated with a higher priority and will be answered within two business days.
