This add-on lets you divide your Formdesk form into multiple pages. Divided forms contain a ‘Back’ and ‘Forward’ button on every page for navigation.

In combination with Dependencies you can skip pages depending on user entries. This way you can create your own so-called “Wizards” that guide visitors through the form, showing only the questions that are relevant to them.

Without this add-on you can still divide your form into pages but only the first two pages will function. If you have a trial account and wish to take full advantage of this feature, we would be happy to activate it for you. You can request activation using the ‘Help request’ button in the bottom right corner of the screen from within your Formdesk account.
