How to subscribe
Follow the steps below to upgrade your Trial account into a subscription:
- Login to your Formdesk account (create a trial account if you don’t have one yet)
- Your Forms Summary will be shown, from here click the button ‘Subscribe’
- Select the subscription plan and follow the steps
- The total amount will be shown, click ‘Subscribe’
- Follow the payment screens to pay online, or choose, if so desired, ‘Pay by invoice’ in case of a Business subscription.
The new quota will apply to your account immediately after you purchase. You will receive an invoice by e-mail.
Payment
Standard subscriptions can only be paid online. Business subscriptions can also be paid by invoice. Since Formdesk can be tried out for free before going into a paid subscription, payments are non-refundable. You have the following options to pay online:
- PayPal
- DIRECTebanking
- Visa Card
- MasterCard
How to upgrade a subscription
If the usage of your form(s) increases to a level that would require a different subscription, you will automatically be notified by email and you will need to upgrade in order to keep your form(s) available. Your new subscription will be activated immediately after you upgrade. If you upgrade we will credit the charges of the previous subscription for the remaining period of time.
How to cancel a subscription
You don’t need to cancel your standard subscription, it will automatically expire after one year. One month before your subscription expires you will be able to renew your subscription.
Business subscriptions will not automatically expire but can be canceled 30 days before the end of the subscription period.
Duration and renewal
A standard subscription will be valid for one year. One month before your subscription expires you will be able to renew your subscription. You will receive a reminder by e-mail 30, 7 and 3 days before your subscription expires.
A business subscription will be valid for one year and will not automatically expire but can be canceled 30 days before the end of the subscription period.
