Rates can be indexed yearly based upon the CBS consumer price index (inflation correction). After which a rate correction of maximum 10% will be implemented.
Rate and/or quota changes will only be implemented at the end of a subscription period, and will be communicated at the latest one month before the subscription period ends.

Duration and renewal
Business subscriptions
A business subscription will be valid for one year and will not automatically expire but can be cancelled 30 days before the end of the subscription period.
A Business subscription can be cancelled
• at the end of each subscription period in writing considering a notice period of 30 days or;
• at each moment by upgrading to a higher or extended subscription plan (see upgrading).
After cancellation you still have access to your account for 30 days and the option to renew your subscription. After 30 days the account will be removed including all forms and results.
Standard subscriptions
A Standard subscription will be valid for one year.
A Standard subscription can be cancelled
• automatically at the end of the subscription period or;
• at each moment by upgrading to a higher or extended subscription plan (see Upgrading).

A Trial account will be valid for 3 months.
A Trial account can be cancelled
• automatically after 3 months or;
• at each moment by upgrading to a paid subscription (see Upgrading).
From one month before the Trial account expires, you may upgrade to a paid subscription for a one year period. You receive a reminder by email 30, 7, and 3 days before your Trial account expires.
If you do not renew in time then your forms are not available anymore.
After cancellation you still have access to your account for 30 days and the option to purchase a paid subscription. After 30 days the account will be removed including all forms and results.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your subscription at any time when
• the usage of your form(s) increases to a level that would require a different subscription or;
• you would like to extend the features for your account;
Upgrading is not possible when
• your current subscription is the largest subscription plan that we offer on our website;
• your current subscription differs from the subscriptions that are available on our website.
In these cases you can contact us for a different subscription plan.
When you upgrade your subscription then your current subscription will be ended immediately after completing the online process, and your subscription will be converted to the new subscription plan.
The subscription fee regarding the remaining period of your former subscription will be credited on the invoice of the new subscription.

Purchasing and payment
Business subscriptions
The subscription can be purchased online and you can choose to make payment online or payment by invoice.
The subscription is active immediately after completing the online process.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail, and also by regular mail if you have chosen this option.
Formdesk wil ensure that your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each subscription period.
Standard subscriptions
The subscription is acquired and paid for online.
The subscription is active immediately after completing the online process.
You receive the invoice by e-mail.
Payment
Payment of invoices is subject to our Payment Terms & Conditions which can be found on the invoice. When no specific conditions apply, then the payment term is 7 days.
In case of cancelled online payment, then you have the opportunity to make payment within 7 days.
Your payment will be settled without any deduction, compensation, nor adjournment.
When payment term has been expired, you will be automatically held negligent without any sommation or formal notice.
In a case or attempt of any non-judicial proceedings, additional costs of 15% of the principal will be calculated on top of the collection costs, with a minimum of Eur 132,– (excl. VAT).
The obligation of meeting these costs follows the summons by a 3rd party collector.

Any protest has to be filed in writing, with motivation included, within 14 days after invoice date, failure of which will negate the right of protest.
