Please follow the steps below to switch off compatibility view for Formdesk:
1) Click ‘Tools’ in the menu of Internet Explorer (if you don’t see a menu, please press the ALT-key).
2) Choose “Compatibility View settings”.
3) Remove the website “formdesk.com”
4) Restart your browser.
